Please note the prices shown for the artwork on the website do not include postage and packing. This is calculated once the customer has filled in their shipping information at checkout.

Dispatch & Delivery
We endeavour to dispatch orders as soon as possible. We aim for unframed artwork to reach you within 5 days of purchase. Our standard framing turnaround is 2 - 4 weeks. We send all unframed limited edition prints depending on size using Royal Mail Special Delivery or a specialist art courier, international delivery may vary. Framed and one off artworks will be delivered via courier of which we will arrange details with you. Please note, if you are based in the Bristol area the work will be hand delivered to you where possible.
Cancellation of order by Smithson Projects
We reserve the right to cancel any order if the artwork ordered was listed at an incorrect price or if there is insufficient stock to cover the order. If this is the case we will notify you as soon as possible and of course offer you an alternative option, if nothing is suitable we will refund any money credited to us. We will not be liable to pay any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Returns & Refunds
We take every care to ensure that your purchase reaches you safely. However, if there is any damage to your order when it arrives, please notify us via email or phone within 24 hours and we will talk through options with yourself. Unfortunately we will not be liable to help if you leave notifying us for a longer period of time,
we are also not liable to any damage due to hanging work that we have not hung ourselves. If for any reason you are not happy with your order you may request a full refund within 5 working days of receiving the artwork, please notify us via email with the full artwork details and reason for the return. Once the artwork has been safely returned, undamaged, we will refund your monies via bank transfer or PayPal.
Confidentiality
All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely. Customer details are used in accordance with the Data Protection Act. From time to time we may use your details to inform you of related Smithson Projects news such as forthcoming projects, please indicate when placing your order if you do not wish to receive such communication.
